Filium, originally established in 2015 under the name Ably, manufactures a proprietary textile technology that enables natural fabrics to repel liquids, odors, and stains without relying on toxic “forever chemicals” (PFAS). The eco-friendly brand caters widely to active lifestyles, and its technology has already been integrated into product lines for major retailers like The North Face, O’Neill, Bass Pro Shops, and Cabela’s.

Harrell assumes the top position from co-founder Raj Shah, who will remain with the company as chairman of the board.
