The Seattle Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the community to help locate a 74-year-old local resident, Lawrence “Larry” Wilson, who has been missing since late Sunday evening. Authorities have classified his disappearance as endangered due to medical conditions that require regular supervision and medication.
Wilson was last seen around 10:30 p.m. on May 24 near his residence in the 4300 block of SW Henderson Street in West Seattle. Investigators believe he may have walked away from the area on foot and could be disoriented or in need of immediate medical attention.
Wilson is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing around 165 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue zip-up fleece jacket, gray sweatpants, and black tennis shoes.
Law enforcement officials are asking anyone who lives in the West Seattle neighborhood to check their home security cameras or dashcam footage for any sightings. If you see Wilson or have any information regarding his current location, you are urged to immediately call 911.
